In a difficult time, marked by the coronavirus pandemic, citizens' confidence in the European Union and its ability to make the right decisions in response to the pandemic remains constant. In the new Eurobarometer survey, released on 23 October 2020, European citizens identify the economic situation, the public finances of the Member States and immigration as the top three concerns at EU level. The economic situation is also the main concern at national level, followed by health and unemployment.
