The Deputy Director-General of the World Trade Organization (WTO), Alan Wolff, participated in the event on October 2 this year. Geneva Trade Week, where he answered a number of questions about the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on world trade and the role of the WTO in managing its crisis. On this occasion, Alan Wolff emphasized the importance of cooperation and transparency at both WTO and global level, as this crisis must be managed with cohesive and effective action.
