The European Commission, on behalf of the EU, has drawn up Memoranda of Understanding on the eight-partner macro-financial assistance program. The agreements are part of a € 3 billion macro-financial assistance package approved to help enlargement and neighborhood partners reduce the economic effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
